Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Although we work hard to ensure your order is shipped on time, delays caused by postal service interruptions are beyond our control.

Please note: these estimated shipping times do not include order processing time. Please expect an additional 2-3 business days for order processing. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MirGani Clothing Company INC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mirganiclothing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mirganiclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Embellished Items: Many MirGani products have been enriched with luxe embellishments which are applied with special care and attention. Slight discrepancies between embellished products may occur due to the manual application process. This adds intrigue and uniqueness to the product. Further information regarding the required care of embellished products can be found on the care label inside the item. Embellished items are sensitive and require more attentive care. Therefore, all claims concerning damaged embellishments are the responsibility of the customer.
