Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
MirGani Clothing Company INC. accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
The original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Exchanges:
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Undergarments, including lingerie and swimwear.
- Jewelry, including earrings and body piercings.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
Return and Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@mirganiclothing.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned/exchanged
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your full name
- Your phone number
Step 2: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Step 3: Package the item(s) securely, including the original packaging, tags, and labels. The item(s) must be in unused, unworn, new condition with original tags attached.
Step 4: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 5: Ship the package. If you are requesting an exchange, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package. If you are requesting a refund, you must cover shipping costs.
Step 6: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
Step 7: If approved, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be for the item's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preferred exchange option when contacting the MirGani customer support team.
If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at support@mirganiclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
Embellished Items:
Many MirGani products have been enriched with luxe embellishments which are applied with special care and attention. Slight discrepancies between embellished products may occur due to the manual application process. This adds intrigue and uniqueness to the product. Further information regarding the required care of embellished products can be found on the care label inside the item. Embellished items are sensitive and require more attentive care. Therefore, all claims concerning damaged embellishments are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.
Please note that MirGani Clothing Company INC. reserves the right to amend or modify this return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
